This is a design-and-build scope for two warehouse facilities at Mugharraq Port with a total built-up area of 15,000 m². The Contractor is responsible for the full design cycle, including architectural, structural and MEP design, authority submissions and approvals, followed by construction, testing and commissioning. The works include the steel structure warehouse buildings, internal floor slabs suited to storage and handling loads, and supporting services. The scope also covers the infrastructure and external works needed for operation, such as access roads, CBM-5 layers, hardstand and parking areas, drainage, utility connections, lighting and security systems.
This project involves the design and construction of 60 villas, along with the required infrastructure works, located in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
