Construction of Ghayathi Sports Club, a modern multi-purpose recreational facility featuring swimming pools, gyms, and indoor sports courts and a fully operational sports facility.
The scope covers the complete construction of the Ghayathi Sport Club as a multi-use recreational facility. It includes two swimming pools with their associated structural, waterproofing, filtration and mechanical systems; two fully fitted gym areas; and internal play courts with suitable flooring, markings and sports equipment. All supporting building works are included, such as architectural finishes, MEP services, fire and life safety systems and HVAC. The scope also covers all external works, including landscaping, paving, parking, lighting, site utilities and boundary works, to deliver a complete, operational facility handed over in compliance with the applicable authority requirements.
