The Al Dhana Towers project is a high-end residential development located in the prestigious Al Raha Beach area of Abu Dhabi. The project consists of two towers, each featuring two basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, seven typical floors, and a roof. These towers are designed to provide modern, luxury living spaces, with a total built-up area (BUA) of 31,000 m². The development includes state-of-the-art amenities, including recreational spaces, ample parking, and advanced MEP systems. The towers are designed with modern architectural elements and are positioned to offer stunning views of the surrounding area. The project is being executed under the guidance of Sheikha Mariam & Sheikha Shaikha Bint Hamdan Al Nahyan and is set to enhance the region's skyline. Currently, the project is 65% completed and is on track for full completion within 720 days. The development promises to provide luxurious residential spaces in one of Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after areas.
